The Foodservice Consultant is responsible for developing new profitable business in the company's strategically targeted geographic and operator type market segments for the company.
In this role the duties will include, but are not limited to: Direct prospecting and sales activity to acquire new profitable accounts for the company, deeper penetration in targeting existing accounts, identifying company and customer needs, develop and implement sales strategies and provide recommendations on the company's product selection.
In this position you will work as a team member within the company, working closely with their manager, other foodservice consultants, specialists and other operational department personnel within the company.
Education Requirements: This position requires a high school graduation and two years of foodservice operator experience, as a manager or chef, or related sales experience (broker, manufacturer, distributor).
